Shuttle tool bag floats away during spacewalk
A crucial tool bag floated away during repair work while astronaut Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper was lubricating a joint on a wing of solar panels on the space station. The tool bag was one of the largest items ever lost by a spacewalker. While there are straps to keep such things from occurring, they weren’t in use. The full story is here.
