What if I am not happy with a trumpet that I purchased here?
If not fully satisfied, buyers may return the trumpet to Crone Trumpet within 10 days to receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and insurance costs. The “10 days” begins upon the day that you receive the horn, as verified by the U.S. Postal Service “verification of receipt”. If after 10 days has elapsed, you wish to return the trumpet, you agree to do so using U.S. Priority Mail and agree to insure the horn using U.S. Postal Insurance for the full purchase price of the horn. After the trumpet is received by Crone Trumpet, a refund for the purchase price of the horn, less shipping, is issued to you.
